What is the difference between a 1:1 extract and 8:1 extract?

When our concentrated extracts are produced, the mushroom fiber is filtered out and the insoluble beta-glucans are discarded. This means these concentrated extracts will contain only the soluble beta-glucans, the most active ones. It also means that the beta-glucan percent will be lower than the total (insoluble plus soluble fiber) of that in the 1:1 extract. The increased number of raw materials needed to extract only the soluble beta-glucans produces an extract of greater strength and allows for smaller amounts to be consumed for supplementation. They are also more dispersible in a liquid delivery.

Recommended Use & Dosage

• Wait Time: 20-30 minutes for effects.
• Application: Oral administration.
• Dosage: Shake well before use. Administer 1 mg (3 drops) per 10 lbs. of animal weight. 1 ml contains 13.3 mg of full-spectrum hemp oil. Use every 4-8 hours, or as directed by your veterinarian.
