Recommended Use & Dosage

Dosage: Each teaspoon serving contains 5 mg of organic full-spectrum terpene rich Full Spectrum hemp oil, 500 mg USDA Certified Organic 5 Mushroom blend (Chaga, Reishi, Maitake, Shiitake & Turkey Tail) concentrate, and 400 mg of New Zealand green-lipped mussels.
